Bulgaria Gets EUR 33 M to Boost Partnership with Neighbours

Bulgaria and the European Commission are to seal Tuesday four financial memorandums under the PHARE-Transborder Cooperation program. The memorandums envisage allocating of EUR 33 M for projects under "Good Neighbourhood" program with Greece, Romania, Macedonia, and Serbia and Montenegro. Co-financing from the national budget comes to EUR 7.7 M. The memorandums will be signed by Bulgaria's Finance Minster Milen Velchev and the chief of EC Delegation to Sofia Dimitris Kurkulas.
